1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the VIP Me! Thursday Preview Club (“VIP Service”).

By joining or using the VIP Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not subscribe.

2. About the VIP Service

VIP Me! is a membership-style service that provides:

• Early access to new boutique items

• SMS notifications (typically Thursdays)

• The ability to reserve items before general release

The service is operated by Biz Buzzio Digital Solutions LTD in partnership with independent boutiques.

3. Eligibility

To join the VIP Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old, or

• Have permission from a parent/guardian

We reserve the right to refuse or remove access at our discretion.

4. Membership & Subscription

• Joining the VIP Service is free unless otherwise stated

• Membership is linked to your mobile number

• You may unsubscribe at any time (see Section 8)

We may modify or withdraw the service at any time without notice.

5. SMS Communications

By joining, you agree to receive:

• SMS messages featuring new product previews

• Reservation opportunities

• Occasional relevant boutique updates

Message frequency may vary.

Standard messaging rates from your mobile provider may apply.

6. Reservations & Purchases

• VIP members may reserve items via SMS or linked pages

• Reservations are not guaranteed and are subject to availability

• A reservation does not constitute a completed purchase

All purchases are completed directly with the boutique, not with Biz Buzzio Digital Solutions LTD.

The boutique’s own terms (including payment, returns, and exchanges) apply.

7. Boutique Responsibility

Each participating boutique is independently responsible for:

• Product availability and accuracy

• Pricing and promotions

• Order fulfilment

• Customer service

• Refunds and returns

Biz Buzzio Digital Solutions LTD is not liable for any issues arising from purchases made with boutiques.

8. Unsubscribing

You may leave the VIP Service at any time by:

• Replying STOP to any SMS message

• Contacting us at hello@bizbuzzio.com

Once unsubscribed, you will no longer receive VIP messages.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Misuse the service or attempt to disrupt it

• Provide false or misleading information

• Abuse or harass boutiques or staff

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for misuse.

10. Intellectual Property

All branding, messaging, and system elements relating to VIP Me! remain the property of:

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the service without permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We provide the VIP Service “as is” without guarantees

• We are not responsible for:

  • Missed messages

  • Product availability

  • Boutique performance

  • Loss arising from purchases

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

12. Data Protection

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By joining the VIP Service, you acknowledge and agree to this.

13. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may:

• Update these Terms at any time

• Modify or discontinue the VIP Service

Continued use of the service means you accept any updates.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
